Please note that this process results in a slightly longer delivery time of approximately 8 weeks. By choosing this option, you are opting for something special, prioritizing sustainability, and receiving products created with dedication and responsibility – just for you.

Your satisfaction is our motivation. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the items within 14 days of receipt. Please use the return form that you received by email with your invoice and send it back to us completed at hallo@sonorainterior.de . Returns without this form unfortunately cannot be processed.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend carefully packing the return in the original box to ensure the items arrive in perfect condition.

To offer you the best service, we ship our products with the utmost care. Smaller items are reliably delivered by DHL, while larger furniture pieces are shipped via DPD or freight forwarding.
We prioritize safe and punctual delivery so you can soon enjoy your new treasures. We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.

Your payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
Return of custom-made products
We greatly appreciate your choice and the trust you place in our custom-made products. Every piece we create for you is absolutely unique and crafted with the utmost care and dedication. Therefore, we would like to inform you that returns or cancellations are no longer possible once the order confirmation has been issued.
Rest assured that your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Should any issues arise, we are here to assist you and resolve any complaints.
